1. Who we are

Bastion is operated by Logusman Inc ("Bastion", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Bastion website, application, or any related services (the "Service"), you ("you", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Authority and eligibility

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization. If you are an individual, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

3. The Service

Bastion provides a security and deployment platform for builders, including hardening checks, deploy tooling, and related features. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes;
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages;
  • Infringe any intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • Distribute malware or attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security of the Service;
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or circumvent technical limits;
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our prior written consent.

5. Account credentials

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

6. Intellectual property

Logusman Inc retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your selected plan. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms, which govern payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You can cancel at any time; access remains until the end of the current paid period.

8. Service level and warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Logusman Inc harmless from claims arising out of your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Logusman Inc is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

13. Assignment and force majeure

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
