Bastion, operated by Logusman Inc, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Bastion orders. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and use the order details from your receipt to manage your purchase, or
  • Contact our support team and we will help you submit the request to Paddle.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in line with Paddle's Refund Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals β€” access continues until the end of your current paid billing period.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
